What is included in the €99 home visit?−
The price includes travel anywhere in the Pays de Gex and the first hour of support. We explain any additional time or parts before continuing.
Should I choose a home visit or the workshop?+
A home visit is best for Wi-Fi, internet boxes, printers and connected equipment. The workshop is better for hardware faults, extensive testing, backups and computers that will not start.
Do you repair both PCs and Macs?+
Yes. We support Windows desktops and laptops as well as many Mac models. Contact us with the model and the symptoms for initial advice.
Do you cover all towns in the Pays de Gex?+
Yes, subject to availability. We cover all 27 communes, including Divonne, Gex, Ferney-Voltaire, Saint-Genis-Pouilly, Thoiry and surrounding villages.
